We provide in-person support wherever you are- at home, a hospital, clinic, or birthing center.
Depending on your desired pregnancy outcome, we design a schedule of live and virtual visits so that you and your family feel supported with continuous care.
“Lauren is expert at what she does. For instance, being able to give parents of newborn twins regular nights of uninterrupted sleep is hard af and she makes it look easy. You and your baby will be in the best hands, for real.”
-Anonymous parent of twins, Postpartum clientsWe curate evidence-based resources and vetted referrals amongst our clients, broader reproductive justice worker network, and NYC Mutual Aid Groups.
We work on a sliding scale, and will not turn anyone away for lack of funds.
“Bryen will always feel like a part of our family and we truly cannot imagine having experienced these phases without her as our strong steady and incredible guide. Then getting to have Bryen’s wisdom and calming presence during labor and with us during the birth was everything…”

What to expect from the intro call?
Once you reach out over email, we will try and respond within 48 hours and if appropriate, schedule a 30min intro discussion. We find that meeting live is best, but can accommodate video calls.
During that visit, we will cover:
- What’s coming up for you right now in your pregnancy? How do you envision support? Are there any immediate resources you would like to be connected to?
- In response, we will offer how our partnership could adapt our base scope of work to meet your needs and desires.
- Together, we will decide if we want to move forward. If it’s not a fit and you would like to be connected to other care workers, we are more than happy to refer you to our broader networks in New York City and beyond.
- Lastly, we will offer a contract with a personalized scope of work, timing, rate and expected invoices, safety and privacy remarks.
